More than $400,000 was raised for Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes from the Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run in 2023. Sue Paterno says that their goal is to raise even more this year and that they are on track to do so.

Blair Co., PA (WJAC) The Altoona Model Train Museum Association has once again opened its doors to the public to view their massive model Christmas train platform. The display consists of well over 1,000 separate pieces.

Blair County, PA Authorities in Blair County say a man was killed Sunday morning in a logging accident in Altoona. Officials say 64-year-old Franklin Fink, who was reportedly employed as a harvester for Bonsell Logging, was killed after he was struck by a large tree branch.
