STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) Authorities in Centre County say Penn State's star linebacker Abdul Carter is facing charges after he was accused of assaulting a tow truck driver last month. According to the affidavit, State College police were dispatched on March 16th for reports of an assault near an apartment complex along Squirrel Drive.
