WINDBER -- Windber police filed charges against Heather Singer on Thursday for conspiracy in a case that involves her ex-boyfriend, 23-year-old Cortland Michalides. It was just a few weeks ago Michalides was taken into custody for a shooting that happened in the 700 block of Graham Avenue in Windber.
